Cambridge solutions bridge existing legacy and software applications with the next generation of Web 2.0-enabled tools and applications plus our own custom-designed applications. They are based on best-of-breed tools from IBM and Lotus, including WebSphere, Domino, Sametime, Quickr and Connections.
Cambridge’s own Financial Management package, Folioport, will soon be available as a turnkey Lotus Foundations server application. Folioport, which has earned a Lotus Beacon award, is a low-cost web-enabled alternative to Advent for small and medium sized financial advisors and fund managers.
Cambridge is integrating next-generation tools, such as Lotus Quickr, with existing document management needs. Cambridge has linked Laserfiche document recognition and OCR functions with the security, access and task management features of Lotus Quickr, and from there to seamless Lotus Notes or Microsoft Office and Outlook integration.
Cambridge is also proudly providing philanthropic support to the Fabry Support and Information Group (FSIG), a non-profit patient support and advocacy organization for those affected by Fabry disease. Cambridge is helping FSIG establish the first Lotus Connections-based social networking site for patient advocacy organizations. We hope to create a template for similar small, but vital, organizations.
